ben seni sahibinim aşkım -
I am yours (truly???) my love .. what is sahibinim? or is it a misspell for another word

i think it is from "sahip" meaning owner, possessor, protector...
the "p" changes to "b" when it is between 2 vowels.
so my attempt would be:
i am your protector my love.

i think it is from "sahip" meaning owner, possessor, protector...

Maybe I am just in a grumpy mood today ... but I read it is a bit more sinister. Sahibi is owner.
Ben senin sahibinim : I am your owner/ I possess you

Sahibe is also mistresse so maybe sahibenim means my mistresse..... and not the other way round!

I got owner too and figured I was wrong.  that is why I brought it here .. I will have to watch for the control freak behaviour now ..
