I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I'm such a dork; I don't know why I didn't ask at the store! Anyway, I bought some frozen kofte at the store today. It appears to be cooked in the middle. Should I bake them in the oven or fry them in a pan? Or do you think it matters? (I'm kind of leaning in the doesn't matter direction...)
