I'm trying to translate this article and have only got a little way - all the capitalised words in the second paragraph of the body of the article are confusing me

Bakanlıktan otellere hijyen broşÃ¼rü

Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı lejyoner hastalığı, sağlıklı mutfak, yiyecek içecek servisi ve konularında broşÃ¼rler hazırlatarak otellere gönderdi.

Ministry issues hygiene brochure for hotels.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism have sent brochures to hotels covering the subjects of legionnaire's disease, kitchen health and serving food and drink.
