We don't have prepositions in Turkish. Instead we have postpositions. Prepositions come before a noun while postposition come after
For you = senin için
With you = senin ile
After you = senden sonra
Before you = senden önce
On the table = masanın üstünde
In the room = odanın içinde

There are too many prepositions and each have multiple usages. And clear explanation for each of them with examples would constitute quite a thick chapter in a book. If there are specific ones you want to learn about you better specify.
Yet, to give a quick reply:
Prepositions are called Edat in Turkish. Most commonly used ones are GİBİ (like), İÇİN(for), ile (with), KADAR(has multiple usages, as...as,about (in describing approximate amount),until, KARŞI against, facing (a direction), GÖRE according to, in comparison to,DOĞRU in the direction of, against, ÜZERE in order to, almost, SANKİ as if, SONRA after, SADECE,ANCAK,YALNIZ these three all mean "only",ANCAK also means "but" sometimes, -DEN BERİ since
Some examples for the first one:
gibi: means "like" in English. Example: Dağ gibi dalgalarla boğuşuyordu. (He/she was fighting against waves like mountains). Tren jet gibi hızlı gidiyor. (The train goes fast like a Jet). There are also some exceptional uses of gibi: Eve girdiği gibi banyoya koştu. (here it means "as soon as"): As soon as he entered the house he ran to the bathroom. Saat iki gibi gelirim: I'll be there like (about) 2 o'clock or so.
The following link contains examples for each of the above prepositions:
