fractions in Turkish (need help!)

I am having some difficulties understanding the way fractions are written and read in Turkish. Am I to understand that
8.75 in English would be written as 8,75 in Turkish and would be read as "sekiz virgül yetmiş beş?" If so, then how would one be able to tell the difference between 1,006 (one thousand and six) and 1,006 (meaning 1.006)?

Also, how would one read a normal fraction that is not easily convertable into a decimal, such as 2/3 or 51/72 in Turkish?

Please help!

Usually we use "bölü" (slash).

2/3 = iki bölü üç (two slash three)
51/72 = ellibir bölü yetmişiki (51 slash 72)

Also they can be said this way:
2/3 = 3'te 2 (2 out of 3)
3/4 = 4'te 3

that is; x -te/-de y (x plus -te/-de suffix plus y). But it requires to change the order of numbers and may be difficult)

The questions can be asked using this:
?/? = kaçta kaç = how many out of how many?
3/? = kaçta 3? = 3 out of how many?
?/3 = 3'te kaç? = how many out of 3?

The following is important:
1/10 = onda 1
25/100 = yüzde 25 (25 percent)
5/1000 = binde 5

onda (10'da) is used in ondalık (decimal) word.

yüzde (100'de) means percent and is used as a word.

yüzde kaç? = what percent?
yüzdesi ne? = what's its percentage?
yüksek yüzdeli = with high percentage

Percentage symbol is used before the number in Turkish.

%5 (yüzde 5) = 5 percent (5% in English)
%25 (yüzde 25) = 25 percent (25% in English)
