Insufficient authorization for alisaxxx: 1

Does anyone know why i get this when i try to use my notepad.??? i have writen to admin but no reply

Alisa, I'm not sure why your getting that message. I would go ahead and send admin another message for your help, he maybe a little busy.

I get the same message too, I've never been able to enter the notepad, so I gave it up a long time ago.
