sik is bad, dotless I sik is not. If your stomach hurts in Turkey...always say, "I feel ILL!"!

If the message has Turkısh letters and ıf the İ ıs dotted ıts the bad word. If the letters are only Englısh characters ıts safer to assume that 'sık' means frequent or pressed.
