Is there an equivalent for
No Thanks I can manage
And how do I say
Shall I go on up?
As in upstairs

Teşekkürler (thanks) said on its own means "no thank you". This is confusing for us English speakers where "thanks" means "yes thank you". I made my language helper laugh when I asked her if she wanted a cup of tea. She sad teşşekür ederim, so I dutifully poured her one, thinking than you meant yes. She was really puzzled, and then explained my mistake to me, lol.

No Thanks I can manage
Teşekkür ederim, bunu ben halledebilirim

Shall I go on up?
Yukarıya gideyim mi?

If you want to say "Shall I go down?" or "Shall I get off (a bus or minibus)"
