next two lines are as follows:
I am with you because I love you and if you help me I will only accept it with the condition of paying back, because I love you my love. I kiss you.
The expression "I kiss you" made me remember "internet mahir".
The sentence "ben seni sevdiğim için beraber oldum" would literally mean "I slept with you because I love you" but it seems to me that is not what he has meant.

yes that's probably what he meant but when you say 'beraber olduk' that implies sex.
My conclusion is, not only judging from this sentence, but from all that he has written, that guy's use of turkish is no good, although he is a turkish guy. And if I was a girl I would not trust a guy who talks like that, saying I love you, my love etc etc so frequently. Anyway, it's none of my business .
