Bugün güneş parlıyor ve o çok hoş dışarıda görür.
Mamafih çok soğuk dışarı olur!


Today the sun is shining and it looks very nice outside.
However, it is very cold out!

Mamafih sounds cute but very old fashioned Prefer ""ama or "fakat" for however.

Bugün güneş parlıyor ve dışarısı çok güzel görünüyor. (or, dışarıda hava çok güzel görünüyor)
Ama, dışarısı çok soğuk! (ama, dışarıda hava çok soğuk)
