searching for a song

I'm also searching for a song I heard on the radio. I recorded it a bit, but couldn'T solve the lyrics. I just solved the "I'll be singing" sentence  I like the song very much.
It's like radiohead. I've the audio record. Can someone help me?

It's an english song. If only I could solve the lyrics, I could search iton the net by its lyrics and find the song as I always do

Short skirts are fine in the winter - just need nice thick tights
The song is a live version of "Muse, Sing For Absolution"
The studio version is from the album "Absolution"

The other Muse album worth listening to is "Origin of Symmetry"
