I love it too and i did want to call my daughter that (when i have a child lol) but its already been used in my family for the name of a little girl so i cant now.

u can check the meanings of turkish names on TDK Kişi Adları Sözlüğü
I like the names İlbilge (the wisest person of the country), Aybike (lady as beautiful as the moon) or any other bike's such as Nurbike (shiny, beautiful lady), Gülbike (lady as beautiful as roses)... Bike means lady and it was usually used with names of women Khans (Turkish rulers) or with names of Khans' wives as far as i know. Süyünbike who was the ruler of Tatars is an example of that

BTW the site is Turkish i forgot to say that Ceyda seems to come from arabic and means long necked beautiful woman
