Normally in a Turkish sentence the time/day word goes first.
For "I am not ..." sentences Turkish puts the adjective first and then değilim
e.g. mutlu değilim
İngiliz değilim
evli değilim
So just switch the word order around:
Bugün mutlu değilim.

heheeh. you can say it, meaning he/she will understand . But is better: Bugun mutlu degilim.
