I think it must be a Turkish saying or expression because it says something like: My love I know it is necessary to die but to remain inside is to live. Hard to make sense of it.

Hayatı tanıdıysan ölmen gerekiyor çünkü yaşanacak hiç birşey kalmaz.
If you got to know life, you should die, because there will be nothing left to experience.
