so which one is better?? which one is more used??

ok.. lets take your one..
bana bakmıyormuş gibi yapıyor

would i therefore say, bana bakmıyormuş gibi mi yapıyor
or, bana bakmıyormuş gibi yapıyor mu??

In fact, I haven't heard "bakmamazlıktan gelmek". I'm not sure about if it's possible to say as that.

But, "görmezlikten gelmek" is widely used. pretend not to see

Beni görmezlikten geliyor.
Beni görmezlikten mi geliyor?

"Tanımamazlıktan gelmek" and "görmemezlikten gelmek" are correct.
