You can not learn to speak in foreign language unless You familiarize your own(oneself) with a foreign language (or You have speaking practice with someone else)

as anew learner all what i know is (dil)
wich mean langage or tung or accent

Well, I would love to get back to Turkey and familiarise myself but while I am saving up I just wanted a translation, not criticism nehir

That was not a criticism but an explanation of the sentence you asked its translation. Literally it means "without a tongue touching a tongue, a language can't be learned" and nehir has explained it.

It is not important.Because Already,I had got it that You hadn't understood me perfectly...even there is a point that most time we don't understand each other Even though We speak in the same language.If point at issue is a translation then It can be more misunderstanding....
Anyway,Just We mustn't lose our understanding and sympathy or empathy against another ones.hug and
