Turkish Meatballs

2 lbs of ground lamb or beef
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 minced onion
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of allspice
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper
2 tablespoons of dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt

Blend all ingredients, form into meatballs, lightly coat with flour and fry in olive oil. Make sure olive oil is heated before placing meatballs into the skillet.

Sounds good Elisabeth, I will have to try this. I love spaghetti & meatballs. Ok, now I'm hungry.

I love these with Rice....just cook the rice in chicken broth and put in some Garbanzo beans while it is cooking....yummy....oh I am hungry now too!!
