spelling correction plz..

hi freinds.. i have to send an expensive package to militarty, to an address in Turkey.. i have written the address on the paper very quick since there was so short time on phone..i will repeat it hear and if you guys think i should change any letter in address if it doesnt sound familiar..

cok saol.. please correct me if i have done anything wrong with spelling.. i am especially confused if its 'taburu...' or 'Laburu...'

The only correction I can see is that Jantarma is spelled JANDARMA

sorry.. just one more thing.. Bilecik i had written Bilecij.. but i am sure you guys are correct ...but i just wanted to be assured its a city in turkey.. near istanbul! ? correct?
