And better delete the one who said that from your contact-list too..
Those people are usually uneducated and very unmannered to talk in such a way. If the commented was directly meant for you, that person really doesnt care a .... about you.

Unless if you heard this from a driver in the rush hour 
In turkey it is a custom to use nice phrases to other drivers. (For example today I had to send "my greetings" to two other drivers)
