Yuregine damla damla umut, gulerine bin tatli mutluluk dolsun. Sevdiklerin hep yaninda olsun, yuzun ve gulun hic solmasin. Bayramin kutlu olsun.
Is this a standard Bayram wish or is it personal?

Correctıon please ıf you wont mınd: there's no plural form for happiness (you put there happinesses)

Yes, it is a generic saying then. That is still a very sweet blessing, even if it sounds like it is off a Turkish Hallmark Card.
