Travelling To Turkey

Hiya
Im just wondering if anyone can tell me if when travelling to turkey on a connecting flight you have to go thru the awful check in the bags routine again...
I'v tried calling the airline..i can never get thru!!

If you bought all your tickets the same place you shouldn't need to collect your luggage and go through check in again.

If you are in doubt you can always go to an information desk at the first airport you are going to.
Hope it will go smoothly for you, travelling can be such a drag

If you have one ticket that shows all your flight connections, you just take your hand luggage and your ticket, it will be enough, no check and check again,
conrols made just at first and last place of flight..

Although one time I stopped in Istanbul I specifically asked if they were sure my luggage would be brought to my destination (I had to go to the other terminal) and they assured me of this, but once I got to Van it wasn't there. Waited for six days to get it 
It's the second time it's happened to me in Istanbul so now I always keep important things in my hand luggage
