The glasses have turned to number (diopter) 10 but no matter what anybody says, everything is fine I hope, school has finished, I don't know if the army service is finished but you're still good my brother, see you.

10 mumara ...( olmuş means here is perfect or welldone or fit( or suit) well figurative meaning here but correct translation. translation above in original quote is straight dictionary meaning

no it not about time!
if you like somethimg you value it as a number, and give ten points for perfect and this means it is really good or perfect for you
