Please someone explain me this sentence:

Vanessa, Boğaziçi Ãœniversitesi’nin yurtta kalıyor.

I do not understand why 'yurtta' and not 'yurtasında'.

yurt means a hostel in a university campus in this sentence.

I have no idea when you say"yurtasında" . this word is half(something absent)

Shouldn't it be "yurdunda"? Maybe it's a mistake.

In every language,while people are speaking, they use the words shorter.
These are just examples.
By the way,
You give the possesive meaning with "bizim", so you dont need to add suffix for the same aim after the word while speaking!!!.
