News in the Turkish TV channels tonight is that the Armenian Governmet has finally replied a 2-year old letter from the Turkish Priminister..
The subject letter was written by the Turkish Priminister two years ago and had invited Armenians to form a joint comittee to examine all records (Turkia and Armenia to open all hidden archives) and to investigate conclusively all claims and counterclaims associated with the so called Armenian genocide.
Here is what the Armenian reply lists as the Armenian prerequisites, before they can agree to honor such a comittee.
1. Current borders of Turkey are not recognised by Armenia as Armenia was not party to the treaty that drew those borders. The Turkish borders should be returned to what was in the now obsolete Sevres Treaty (as if they were a party to Sevres Treaty) and certain Turkish cities including Trabzon, Bitlis, Mus, Erzincan, Van should immediately be added to Armenia.
2. A sum of 14 500 000 000 $ should be presented to Armenia in advance, for damages.
3. Turkish law 301 should be cancelled immediately. Otherwise, they would be too scared to speak their minds.
What do you think these guys really want?
I wish the Turkish Government would allow me to reply this piece of sh.t. I would have left no doubt in their peanut brains as to what exactly they will eventually get.

with this letter they showed their aims. they are really not interested in history. they just want some cities and money. I think our government should not answer this anymore. it s really funny that they want us to cancel turkish law 301 . maybe after this they will want an armenain prime minister in turkey

Armenian Impudence is the only term that describes this situation. And they will get a reply through the Turkish Government as in the way they deserved regarding their ridicilous and unacceptable demands. The point I just wonder is who gave them this presumption.

They seem pretty certain to make such demands. The question I would like to know is, after the investigation what is Turkey going to do for the Armenians, if indeed it concludes to be factual?
Why has it taken the Turkish government this long over 90 years to investigate?

there was no Turkish Government 90 years ago? and you know during those times it was first world war... a world war...
so as the armenians was in good touch with russians while ottomans and russians were in diferent sides... they made them move to the south area... to be able to defend their country without fighting with armenians(they were promised to have their own land by russians) which were still under ottomans control... then people die... thats reall sad... but lots of turkish people died too? what would happen to them? will armenia pay for this aswell?
this is not true to show only armenians as a victim actually... it was at past...
what have to be done is... both presidents should meet and state their greive for the ones who died at those times and move on... nothing else...
