I quit about thirty years ago, and it was a good days work, not only saving my health but also my money!!

I think I read recently that the body craves for only about 2 weeks. After that it's the smoking timetable one used to have that is the main problem. Hang on in there. iy will be worth it

Every year I resolve to not be an evil bitch.......and I haven't kept the resolution yet. Maybe it's more fun to make it and break it!!!

...I feel as if I could kill for a cigarett right now...but I think I will save my killings for other purposes!
