arkadaşlarınla = with your friends. Construction is arkadaş + -lar(for plural) + -ın (2nd pers. singular possessive) + -ile- (which becomes -le/-la when you add it to a word, according to vowel harmony)
And of course, you can make any word plural or possessive.
Ex.: erkek kardeşlerinle = with your brothers

arkadaşlarınla means with your friends:
arkadaş -friend
arkadaşlar -friends
arkadaşların- your friends
-la/le (depends on vovel harmony) suffix that means with
you can use it other words:
çiçekle - with a flower
çocukla - with a child
onlarla - with them; but:
benimle - with me
seninle - with you
onunla - with him/her
you can also use "ile" which is written separately and doesn't depend on vovel harmony:
çiçek ile - with a flower
arkadaşların ile...etc

I think though that you can only use the -ile (-la/-le) suffix when there is a kind of action with someone/something. Note that in this case you only use major vowel harmony: -e/-a
Example:
annem ile eve gidiyorum (annemle) - I go home with my mother
otobüs ile okuldan geliyorum(otobüsle) - I come from school by (with the) bus
araba ile tatiller yapıyorum (arabayla) - I go on holiday by (with the) car
If you'd want to say I see the girl with the flower for example, I think it would have to be çiçekli kızı görüyorum The -ile suffix becomes -li/-lı/-lü/-lu (minor vowel harmony) and I would say it's more about characteristics now.
Other example:
"I see the woman with the glasses". She is not doing anything with those glasses, except for wearing them, so
gözlüklü kadını görüyorum
But:
Kadın gözlükle okuyor
The woman reads with glasses (she needs glasses in order to be able to read, she has to put them on)
Bu tehlikeli bir köpek
Being dangerous is a characteristic of the dog.
