I feel really retarded. I am half-turkish and half-american. I hardly know turkish yet i've only been going to turkey for a few years now. but it's like whenever i go back to america i forget everything i learn and have to start over every summer. i have friends there but they don't know that much english- only my best friend does, so i rely heavily upon her knowledge as a translator. i'm also afraid to speak because i think ppl will make fun of me......
