my try:
eger bana ihanet edeceksen veya beni kiracaksan tekrar, seni hayatimdan bu sefer tamamen silecegim (does that sentence make sense to turks or is it just understandable in english?) ve seninle bi daha asla konusmayacagim. ondan emin ol.

i suggest you will leave him directly without any other translations! if he betraded you once, he will do it again ... i know its a tipical advice, but is honest ... sorry i jumped into the story
