why is he not writing corectly? its making for us kind of difficult to translate, turkish language has so many meanings and only from a correct writing the correct meaning is coming out

I am going friday to urfa. here i will remain. Yerim yok sende is kind of confussing - it can be my place is not ... anyway... B block keys i give. i will remain there. i miss seeing you. understand me, when you come?

hope is helpful and understandable at least for you ...
