Hello I am looking for a teach yourself English book for a Turkish speaker. I am in the UK and have looked online but without success. Can anyone recommend a good book or course (Not cd course as its for my boyfriend in the miltary) or would anyone no longer need the book they have and would be willing to sell them??

Your best bet, available in the UK, are published by Milet in London.

Depending on the level and complexity you want, choose between:
English Handbook for Turkish speakers
Starting English for Turkish speakers
Milet PRactical English Guide for Turkish Speakers
English Grammer for Turkish speakers.

You can get them from Milets website, or Amazon.

If you were in Turkey I would invite you into our store to buy it in Istanbul!
