Hi, Could someone please tell me whether a british playstation works in turkey?

One thing I can tell you, if you send it to them in Turkey, they will have to pay to pick it up. My fiance's brother sent one to his nephew from the U.S. and they wanted several hundred dollars for him to pick up at the UPS depot in Turkey.

It will work perfectly, Turkey uses the same electricity as in Europe, and TV is PAL too, anyway, nowadays that's not too important, there are many dual-standard TV models, so most modern TVs can handle NTSC Playstations (in case you have an American PS), so if your PS is American you'll need a power converter from 220V to 110V, but if you have an European Playstation, it will work just fine in Turkey.
