Both must be:
Emre Aydın'a

It is not belke, it is belki

"going" is "gitmek", but "geliyor" is "gelmek"= "to come"

Gelecek hafta Emre Aydın'a gidiyor

Note: You don't have a verb in your first sentence, so I think it is not so clear to say this. An you second sentence doesn't have a subject, for that reason, my translation can be wrong as well.
