Can we be together for 1 week? or should I stay Londra

This is one of my first translations and I'm sure it will need adjusting, maybe someone else can look too...!

Denise erkek arkadaşı kalacak.

Can we be together for 1 week? or should I stay Londraş
Beraber kalacağız mi? (I'm sorry, I cannot translate the last part)
