My inspiration for learning Turkish is my online Turkish boyfriend who I met a month and a half ago in a Russian chatroom!! Neither one of us speaks Russian so go figure ...

Due to the limited time he gets to spend online, it's hard for him to learn English but he has been trying so I have been spending a lot of time trying to learn some Turkish ... even tho it seems quite a complex languange to learn.

All in all, it's a wonderful experience getting to know him and his language ... just being able to communicate in small ways with him makes all the studying worthwhile ...

Seni seviyorum, Osman!!!!!

I'm in a relation with this lovely turkish girl for almost nine years now...yep....nine years.
her mother is turkish and her father is syrian...like me.
Any way, we are far from each other, and i havent seen her for the last two years

our only way of communication was by chat and sending mobile messages.
after i proposed... she said yes, but the thing is now is to impress her family, specially her mama...

thats why i thought of learnin turkish...i mean its an easy language some how for me, and im injoing learnin it

thanks to whom ever is making this easy for me.

hello this is my first post, my name is sureyya onder
and im half turkish and half english... but i feel much more turkish.. i have a turkish boyfriend his name is hazar and we are planning to get married... which is a big step for young turkish people to express freely with there families. i think with turkish parents its time which makes
decisions like this easier.... i think we have a great relationship... and i have allways wanted to marry a turkish boy... he is very turkish thinking and we are learning to compromise so we are both happy.. im also learning about my religion and more about our culture and trying to learn turkish i think we will never stop learning about each other...

yawww... what insistence is that?? i was merely comparing myself to our other member here... and yes... lets say i was proud of having a turkish bf and posted it in every thread to share my happiness, wheres the harm in that?
