hayirli isler = Literally "blessed works". It is a greeting said to someone who is at work meaning "May your work go well" or if you want to make it sound more religious "May your work be blessed"

inegol = A place in Turkey. İnegöl köftesi (İnegöl meatballs) comes from there

yaprak sarmasi = Stuffed vine leaves. Yaprak = leaf, Sarma= stuffed

elinize saglik = Literally "health to your hands". It is a form of thanking the person who cooked the food

o zaman = That time

You're welcome. Happy learning!
