Its a leap year and on the 29th of February its tradition in England for a woman to ask her man to marry her. I dont want to wait another 4 years for this opportunity..So my darling will you do me the honour of becoming my husband??? i want to make it official ..what do you think 28th of june 2009??WILL YOU MARRY ME???????????????????????????????????????
