Preparation:
Add the riceflour to the milk and stir. Add the sugar and cook to pudding density.

Cook the chicken breasts, put into cold water and change the water every hour. The chicken smell will vanish in 4 hours. Chop small the chicken breasts, wash and simmer.

Take a big spoon of pudding, pour over the small chicken pieces and mash the pieces with the spoon. Add the mashed chicken to the pudding and bring to a boil. Add a cup of boiled milk, stir, cook until dense and remove from heat.

Pour the pudding into cups which are wet. Tum upside down when cold, remove from cups and serve with cinnamon.
