Prenses Ghenwa is right, except for it should be Sizin not Sezin (I think this is just a typo!)
Sonunda, yours just needs an a!
Yardımına ihtiyacım var.
We need to put -a on the object of ihtiyaç

Yes, both are fine. The second (ihtiyacım var) is more direct. The other (ihtiyaç duyarım) is a bit more poetic!
PS Naughty schoolkids generally don't do their homework! They tell the teacher the dog ate their homework. It is girlie swots who work hard at their homework ... and they get good grades in the final exams!!
