If there is anyone who can translate or give me an idea what is being said, I would be very grateful. CSCS Card is something used in the construction industry in the UK.

Does anybody know how to and where to get CSCS card? Preferably in Manchester. Thanks

On the second thought it goes "Could somebody advise me on how to...." But it means almost the same
