you would have to say what sentence the words in. To understand the context in which you mean. if you want to translate to turkish bothering mean is : umura almak onemsemek ilgilenmek anlamidada olabilir.

for "bother" i would maybe use "rahatsız olmak"

Rahatsız etmek: To make someone else uncomfortable: to bother them

Rahatsız olmak: To be uncomfortable, or bothered.
