I think it was supposed to be ÇÜNKÜ = BECAUSE!

I think there are supposed to be some more puntuations and coreections:
Sen kilo kaybetmişsin. Söylemedim, çünkü şımarırsın
So;
You lost weight. I didn't say because you would be spoilt"
