Perhaps we should have a pre-meeting to set the protesting agenda then a meeting to discuss the protesting followed a review and set some actions from the protest meeting.
Oh sorry I forgot, I am not at work now :-S it has been alooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong day
