Merhaba!!
This is my first post in the forums; so first I would just like to say hello to everyone 
Secondly, I was sent this short poem per SMS and, though I get the gist of it, I think, I am having trouble translating it all by myself since I am not in anyway aware of all the suffixes and verb forms, etc. yet. Also, since it was sent to me on the phone, some of the letters may not be correct, so if someone could also re-type it with all of the proper letter, like ı or ğ that would be great!!

Kalbimizde iki gül olsun,
Biri kirmizi biride beyaz,
Eger sen beni unutursan kirmizi gül solsun kanin olsun,
Eger ben seni unutursam beyaz gül solsun kefenim olsun.
