Merhaba, anlıyorum senin arkadaş bak çoğu dişil onun arkadaş yardım almak zam arkadan arkaya.
thats as far as i can get from what i am hoping is right , the rest is down bellow.
hi i see your friend has most of her friends helping get you back with out me knowing . tell her if she would like to add me as a friend she is more than welcome as i would like to get to know her .

I think Dilara means that it is not quite clear in English exactly what you mean. I read this as a kind of sarcastic message - am I right? Someone trying to get her ex back from you and her friends helping? Is that what you mean? I may be completely wrong.
