My attempt, sounds like a poem. don't have time to polish it.
"one day does it always end separations,
how many days are that I am always waiting past monthes,
my eyelashes falling from the air fallen tears,
I longed for so much I longed for come the sight of spring"

Does one day end this separation?
How many days I wait passed into months?
From my eyelashes tears fell
I miss you, I miss you very much
Come, I am waiting for Spring

Only one thing to add to these translations:
The first line:
Will this separation end one day?
Last line:
Bahar gözlüm: literally: my love with the spring-like eyes
i.e.
my fresh-eyed love
my shining-eyed love

Thanks very much Marion - I thought it had to be some sort of expression but couldn't work out what! And of course the first line makes much more sense now.
