Yum . . . It is reminding me of my stay with friends in Adapazari last week. The honey was delicious and served with the honeycombe. My friend had also made all her own jams , including an orangeversion. I never touch marmalade as I'm not keen but my friend's orange jam was delicious. It's many years since I made jam but I think I will make some in the summer.
