best way to learn

hi please can you tell me the best and easiest way to learn turkish and also whats best to start with in learning the language. any good books people have found usefull please tell me , thanks

i have a turkish book.
we use it in school.
i also have some lectures.
basic ones. actually, its basically for beginners.

its only in our school unfortunately.
but its really a good one.
everytime we have turkish lessons, we use it for lectures.
i`ve got notes.

As a learner of English,

Reading too much,
Listening songs,
And watching movies without subtitles all helped me.

You can try them for Turkce...

Lol, it's not very useful as an advise for her to use then . I also listened to music a lot, as well as using the websites which are mentioned in one of the other topics here. Another good way is actually carefully looking through the 'learn turkish' section on the left hand side of the website. I've been reading through most of them and found them really helpful. Good luck!

songs really help!!!! they helped for my english and still helping for my russian listen to the song first and try to catch the words u already know and also get familiar with the pronunciation of the other words. then find lyrics and try to translate. i learnt a lot this way

HaHa! That's the confusing use of the word 'çok'! 'Too many' and 'Very' or 'a lot of' mean very different things in English!
