Marion - can you check my translation on this...

Hi! Since I was way off on the last sentence could you double check my translation on this...

"name" hafta sonu Adana geliyor. does it mean "name" is coming to Adana on the weekend?
Can I assume they mean this weekend even though it doesn't say "Bu" hafta sonu??
