1. If you arrive early, you will have to wait.



2. If you had arrived early, you would have had to wait.



3. If only you had arrived early, you would not have had to wait so long.



4. I wish if I had only arrived early, I would not have to wait for so long.

Erken varmış olsaydın, beklemek zorunda kalmış olacaktın.

Keşke erken varmış olsaydın, bu kadar çok beklemek zorunda kalmamış olacaktın. (olurdun is possible too)

4. I wish if I had only arrived early, I would not have to wait for so long.

Keşke erken varmış olsaydım, bu kadar çok beklemek zorunda kalmamış olacaktım (olurdum).
