Do you need a Turkish nationality to live in Turkey? I believe a working permit and a visa is enough. I bet if you get a legal job in Turkey, your employer will help you with all formalities. Even if only one of you wants to work in Turkey, the other one will be granted residence/long-term visa if you are married.

Good luck
